End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Coalesce mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this EULA and the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, this EULA governs the license to use the App.

1. License

Coalesce grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and subject to this EULA and Apple’s Usage Rules.

2. Apple App Store

The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Apple is not responsible for the App’s content, maintenance, support, or any claims related to it. If Apple’s standard EULA applies to your download, it applies in addition to this EULA. You can review Apple’s Standard EULA.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except where applicable law prohibits a restriction. You may not use the App to circumvent access controls, interfere with the Service, or violate another person’s rights.

4. Health and training information

Coalesce provides training, nutrition, and AI-generated information for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for deciding whether a workout, nutrition target, or recommendation is appropriate for you. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing a training or nutrition program.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Optional Pro subscriptions and purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewals are governed by Apple’s terms and the price and offer shown at purchase. A subscription does not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.

6. Privacy and third-party services

Your use of the App is also subject to the Privacy Policy. The App may connect to services such as Apple Health, Apple’s App Store, authentication, payments, and feedback providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Ownership

Coalesce and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the App, including its software, design, trademarks, and content. This EULA grants a license to use the App; it does not transfer ownership.

8. Termination

This EULA remains effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the App and stopping use. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the App in your possession or control.

9. Changes

We may update this EULA when the App or applicable law changes. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated EULA.
